Dr. Russ Riendeau is a behavioral scientist and educator who delivers dynamic, humorous and innovative programs built for executive leaders and sales and marketing professionals to help dramatically enhance revenue, retention, and leadership skills.

Through his extensive behavioral science research, Russ has developed unique, interactive workshops that center on "Persuasion Psychology" and "The Art and Psychology of Influence in Business". He uses memorable tactics to impart his teachings, including incorporating actual glistening corporate jets, humorous reenactments of Pirates using Twitter and parodies of network newscasts.

Russ is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University, the author of 6 books and the co-host of The Business Doctor Radio Program on Air America Radio. Earlier in his career, Russ was adjunct instructor for GE leadership programs, played semi-pro hockey, was a professional musician and also toured with KISS, STYX and Electric Light Orchestra as a lighting technician.

Russ holds a PhD in Developmental Psychology. Russ is a motorcycle enthusiast, long distance runner, golfer, basketball player and cyclist. He is a private pilot. He and his family live in Barrington, Illinois.
